The smallest park in the nation can be found within the traffic median of Naito Parkway. In a space intended for a utility pole, local columnist Dick Fagan planted flowers and founded the park. He also joked that it was home to a colony of leprechauns. These days, the "grounds" are still maintained, and the park's story is told on a plaque bigger than the park. Believe it or not, sometimes weddings are held in the 452-square-inch space.
